Pancho's Mexican Villa Restaurant is opening soon in Fremantle! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel Venue Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role, with key shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Training will be provided at our East Victoria Park location prior to the Fremantle opening in July.

### About the Role
- Orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue
- Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards and operational efficiency
- Be responsible for venue P&L management
- Boost bar performance and analyze sales and food & beverage costs
- Manage inventory and ordering systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop your venue team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and licensing regulations

### Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
- Experience managing busy restaurant/bar operations (200+ covers)
- Strong financial acumen and proven P&L management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Fluent English
- Understanding of food and beverage service standards
- Must be currently in Perth and eligible to work in Australia
