About the Role:
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Assistant Venue Manager with experience in a pub, bar or restaurant style venue. Looking to add to their already well established leadership team, the ideal candidate would show a willingness to progress in the hospitality industry and a passion for customer service.

The venue is a large hospitality venue located around the Scarborough area with great access to public transport and parking. With a great beverage offering, the venue also hosts private functions, speciality events and a range of entertainment.

We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in a management or leadership role
• A love and passion for the hospitality industry
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of relevant KPIs such as labour, wastage and sales targets
• Hands on approach to leadership
• Ability to train and motivate large teams within a fast paced venue
• Well developed customer service skills
• An approved manager certification or willingness to obtain one.
