Clancy’s Fish Pub Fremantle has been part of the local scene for almost 40 years — pouring pints, serving up seafood, and hosting some of Australia's best live acts. We’re now on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to lead the charge and help shape the next chapter of this beloved pub.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes hospitality, thrives in a dynamic environment, and knows how to create a great culture for both staff and guests.

What the role looks like:

Overseeing day-to-day operations across bar, floor, and kitchen

Leading, training, and inspiring a large and diverse team

Managing rosters, stock, and supplier relationships

Ensuring exceptional service and maintaining the Clancy’s vibe

Driving revenue, managing budgets, and hitting KPIs

Keeping on top of compliance, safety, and licensing requirements

Representing Clancy’s in the community and with industry partners

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a venue management or senior hospo leadership role

Approved Manager's Licence, RSA, Food Safety knowledge

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor

A strategic thinker who’s hands-on when needed

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management

Passion for live music, good food, and great service
