You’ll be given full autonomy, backed by strong internal systems, support teams, and a management group that genuinely trusts its people. In return, you’ll be expected to hunt for new business, develop strong relationships with builders and construction professionals, and grow your territory with pride.
The Role:
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the North Shore to Newcastle region
Build strong relationships with residential builders, developers, and key stakeholders in the new construction market
Grow and manage your territory, focusing on long-term pipeline development and strategic account wins
Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to understand project needs and tailor product solutions
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical information to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, operations, design) to deliver seamless project outcomes
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and construction pipeline across the region
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to company growth
Provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting to management on activity and performance

Skill and Experience Needed:
A true hunter mindset – someone who thrives on chasing leads, winning business, and generating revenue
Experience selling into the residential construction sector – especially to builders and developers
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
Self-motivation, organisation, and a passion for being out in the field
Previous experience in windows, doors, building materials, or related industries is highly desirable
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
Salary Expectations:
$90k - $110k + Super + Car + Bonuses
