Moonta Hotel is seeking a manager to run our busy, fast paced Bottle Shop.

Our store features an extensive range of boutique spirits, craft beer and wine. We are continually up to date with market trends and innovations.

Reporting directly the Venue Manager, you will have full autonomy for retail operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

Stock management including ordering, rotating and stocktaking

Database administration

Rosters and staff management

Merchandising and stock displays

Promotional organisation and compliance

Maintaining a strong GP% and positive growth in sales

The successful candidate will have :

2 years experience in a similar role

A keen eye for detail

Experience with back of house database systems (Those versed in H&L will be held in high regard!)

Relevant qualifications including an RSA

Strong availability

A strong work ethic and good time management
