About the role

As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management and operations of The Firm Corporate Club Lounge in Adelaide. The candidate will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of night shifts especially weekends. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong customer service and management experience and wants to take the next step in their career.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, maximise profitability, and enhance customers' experience

Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through the club rapport with regular customers by becoming familiar with their particular needs, expectations and requirements

Exceeding and surpassing customer service expectations to ensure repeat business

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Ensuring company rules and regulations are complied with to decrease the risk and/ or cost to accidents

Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of hospitality staff and encouraging dancers to deliver exceptional customer service

Driving continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback, and the implementation of innovative ideas

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in a hospitality management role or similar leadership role. Ongoing training and support will be provided.

Experience in driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and optimising operational efficiency

Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team

Strong leadership skills and should be able to work under minimal supervision.

Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver premium experiences

Thorough understanding of hospitality industry regulations and best practices

You must possess initiative and the ability to be resilient in high pressure situations
