Our Marion venue delivers the ultimate all-in-one entertainment experience, featuring state-of-the-art X-Golf simulators, an immersive 12-hole Hey Caddy mini golf course, a fully equipped bar and kitchen, and premium AV systems for music and live sports. Whether it’s a casual hit, family fun, or a big night out, X-Golf & Hey Caddy Marion is set to become a top destination for year-round indoor entertainment in Adelaide.

About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Venue Manager to lead the Marion team, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving day-to-day operations and business success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for building a strong team culture, managing staff, and achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Be the face of X-Golf & Hey Caddy Marion, delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team

Manage venue operations including rostering, stock control, bookings, and events

Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, and OH&S regulations

Drive business performance and work towards key targets set by the General Manager

Oversee training, recruitment, and ongoing staff development

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or venue management

Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends

Hold (or be willing to obtain) RSA, Approved Manager certification, and Food Safety Supervisor accreditation

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach

Comfortable with technology; POS and inventory system experience preferred

Bonus: local community ties and a passion for golf or mini golf
