Your Role:
We're now seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our head office operations and Customer Service team. As Office Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the office, lead and mentor the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team, streamline operations, and directly support the CEO and leadership team. You’ll also coordinate HR and administration functions and play a pivotal role in driving performance, culture, and efficiency across the business. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment, where your skills will truly shine.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the CSR Team: Motivate, train, and guide team members to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Assist with calls and help convert inquiries into confirmed jobs while supporting the CSR team to meet sales targets.
Office Operations: Ensure smooth operation of all office systems, supplies, and communication processes.
Executive Support: Work closely with the CEO and senior management on strategic projects, reporting, and confidential tasks.
General & HR Administration: Maintain employee records, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and manage compliance, documentation, and service providers.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in office management, admin, or customer service leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management and organisational ability.
Experience in the trades, services, or construction industry is highly regarded.
Proven ability to manage staff performance, drive process improvements, and deliver results.
