Kitchen Hand Supervisor / Leading Kitchen Hand

Shift: 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM | Monday to Friday
Part-time available for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a small team (approx. 5 staff) to ensure smooth and efficient food production

Create daily prep lists and delegate tasks effectively

Monitor stock levels and assist in compiling order lists with senior kitchen supervisors

Ensure timely and organised food preparation for bulk orders

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a kitchen hand or team leadership role essential

Experience producing bread products, salads, and bulk meals desirable

Strong organisational and time management skills

Food safety knowledge and understanding of hygiene practices

Shift: From 5:00 AM | Monday to Friday

Assist with daily food production including bread, salads, sushi, cold rolls, and pizzas

Portion and pack individual meals on a large scale

Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment preferred

Ability to work early mornings and manage repetitive tasks with speed and precision

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
