About the Role

We have an opportunity for dedicated, experienced Pot Washers to join MoW's Hospitality team in our modern commercial kitchen at Hilton.

Reporting to the Head Chef and Team Leader, these positions have the following responsibilities:

Cleaning gastronome trays, pots, pans & utensils.

Loading and unloading of commercial dishwasher.

Performing repetitive tasks.

Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen.

HACCP documentation.

Maintaining full adherence to Food Safety and WHS requirements.

Active and reliable team member.

Perform manual handling tasks which include lifting, pulling, pushing bending, and reaching.

Ability to work within a cold environment.

Successful applicants will be experienced working in a fast-paced production kitchen with an eye for detail and takes pride within their work environment.

Essential you must have:

Previous experience working in production kitchen.

Comprehensive understanding and experience in Food Safety documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge and skills in cleaning and sanitising kitchen and equipment.

Previous experience working with commercial dishwashers.

Previous experience working with chefs in a demanding kitchen.

This is a part time role for immediate start, 20 hours per week minimum, Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am – 6pm. (No split shifts)

All successful candidates are required to undertake a National Police Clearance (paid by us).
