Leading Hand – Golf & Mini Golf Construction

Casual Position | $45–$60 per hour | Immediate Start

GreenSpace Built, the construction arm of GreenSpace Management, is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand to join our growing team. We specialise in high-quality golf course and mini golf course builds across Australia, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump straight in and lead from the front.

About You:

You’ve got strong practical experience in landscaping, civil, or sports turf construction — especially in golf. You know your way around earthmoving machinery, enjoy taking ownership of your work, and can confidently guide others to get the job done safely and efficiently. You thrive in a team, can read plans, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.

Key Requirements:

Immediate availability

Excavator experience essential – proof of competency required

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Willingness to travel to various project locations

Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in varied conditions
