Customer Service

Greet all customers with a friendly and professional manner

Take orders clearly and efficiently — in person or over the phone

Assist diners with menu questions, daily specials, and dietary needs

Serve food and beverages according to house standards

Ensure customers are correctly billed and payments are handled accurately

Provide support to guests with special needs (children, elderly, disabled)

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Carry out all cleaning duties as per the shift checklist and hygiene standards

Keep all work areas clean and tidy — including pizza cutters and cloths

Wash dishes, utensils, and dough trays thoroughly on every shift

Participate in regular cleaning routines (morning and evening)

Maintain personal hygiene and professional grooming at all times

Stock & Setup

Ensure all food and dry stock levels are sufficient using the inventory sheet

Restock side stations with cutlery, bags, napkins, and other supplies

Keep customer drinks fridge stocked and organised

Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth service flow

Communication & Teamwork

Follow instructions from the Shift Manager and Store Manager

Communicate clearly and respectfully with kitchen and service team

Report any operational or customer issues to the Manager

Attend scheduled meetings or training as required

Health & Safety

Adhere to all sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service policies

Participate in emergency drills and be familiar with all store exits
