Ranvet a leading manufacturer of premium equine veterinary products, is seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA function and ensure compliance across production, product development, and regulatory operations.

About the Role

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with GMP and APVMA standards. You'll lead audits, manage product quality and safety, and collaborate across departments to support product development and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with GMP and APVMA standards

Oversee validation protocols, equipment calibration, and testing methods

Review and approve batch records, raw materials, and finished goods

Manage internal and external audits, CAPAs, and regulatory inspections

Coordinate complaint handling, product recalls, and stability data collection

Support APVMA submissions and product registration processes

Ensure training compliance and documentation control across teams

Lead GMP inspection readiness and liaise with international regulatory bodies

Salary Range

$80000-$90000 Based on qualifications

About You

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, or a related field

minimum 1 year experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals or regulated industries

Familiarity with GMP and APVMA standards or equivalent international veterinary regulatory frameworks.

Proven experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience with validation, batch release, and regulatory submissions

Desirable Skills

Experience in animal health products

Background in medium-scale manufacturing operations

Experience leading GMP inspections and working with international authorities
