What you'll be doing
As the Quality Control Manager, you’ll oversee and enhance quality management systems across the Sleep Investigation and Research Centre. You’ll also provide operational support to the Sleep Services Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with accreditation standards.
In this role you will:
Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation
Lead internal audits and train staff in quality systems
Support staffing, rostering, payroll and performance reviews
Promote quality achievement and continuous improvement
Monitor patient care outcomes and drive service excellence
This is an excellent opportunity to advance your skills as a sleep scientist. This position carries managerial, clinical, teaching, technical, research, data analysis and accreditation responsibilities whilst maintaining sleep technical skills (set up, scoring, etc.) .A solid track record in this areas is an advantage.

Essential Requirements
Qualifications: Must hold a relevant Science Degree
Selection Criteria
Experience as a quality manager in a relevant laboratory
Relevant degree in Respiratory and/or Sleep Physiology
Knowledge of and commitment to quality improvement and workplace safety
Experience with patient monitoring techniques in respiratory, neurology or sleep physiology
Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
Experience in external accreditation processes
