Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and training officer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with our companies existing certification . This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Travel to our Victorian and New Zealand branches will be required from time to time also.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for AU/ NZ such as

Conduct regular inspections and audits of product & processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Execution of incoming materials control plan.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and address quality & HSE issues, identifying possible improvements.

Collaborate with corporate HR assisting with staff selection, evaluations & staffing structure.

Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and findings.

Support the quality team to train and assist staff on quality assurance functions.

Preparation of quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Liaise with head office Italy QA.

Qualifications & Abilities:

Qualifications in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field, desirable.

Experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the industrial or mining sectors.

Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Quick to comprehend documents & communicate their meaning to stakeholders.
