About the role:

As the Quality Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of Nursing Homes in close proximity of eachother. Reporting directly to the Head of Governance, you’ll lead and support Quality Officer while ensuring best practice outcomes across the services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, is proactive in continuous improvement, and enjoys building strong relationships with staff at all levels.

About you:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential)
• Previous experience in a Quality / Governance role within Residential Aged Care
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance processes
• A collaborative leader who can mentor and support Quality Officers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
