Join a boutique, growth-focused agency in Wyndham Vale managing a premium portfolio of new build properties. With 175 well-maintained homes across Werribee, Manor Lakes and surrounds, you’ll enjoy a streamlined, low-maintenance portfolio and the support of a professional team of seven.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Parking is provided above the office.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of only ~175 properties, with the opportunity to grow the portfolio and earn new business commissions
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
- Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties
- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing + inspections consultant support provided)

Career progression is available into leadership roles for those who have the skills and attitude!

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary $75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Comms + Parking

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
