They are not your traditional Real Estate Agency. Our partner focuses on helping their clients acquire wealth through property investment and this newly created role, based in their office in the Inner Bayside, will work within their Property Management division.

your role
Managing around 120 properties - your high-end landlords have Executive Assistants you will deal with and multiple properties, so this is a low maintenance portfolio that this agency has managed for many years. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring about 4 staff in the Property Management division and some of your duties in this role will include running weekly meetings, managing KPI performance and assisting with day-to-day Property Management issues.

your advantage
You will be an experienced or Senior Property Manager who can run a portfolio with their eyes closed! You will have also ideally have done some management and training of Property Management staff previously.
