A very rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Property Manager ready to step into a new role and provide assistance to two Senior PM's or a Property Manager with one or two years experience, looking for a fresh challenge to join this well known real estate / property team.

Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Inner CBD (Armadale Area), this role is based in gorgeous corporate offices, so a step away from real estate street frontage.

The position is a maternity leave one, however has the opportunity to go permanent at the end of 12 months.

The company is a very high end brand and with their luxury portfolios, the successful candidate will need to be very comfortable and capable in this area.

Depending on the successful candidate, the role will oversee the management of a small prestige portfolio and is very relationship based, so would be ideal for those property manager's who love the client side of property management, particular as many of the clients are high-net-worth or will provide the support of an Assistant PM, supporting two Senior Property Manager's. Training and mentoring will be provided to those looking for a role in an Assistant capacity.

The position will join a great, experienced and friendly property management team, as well as the wider office, who provide events and catch ups throughout the year. The office space provides for quiet areas, a thorough modern kitchen space and first class amenities in this lovely part of Melbourne.

This role will come with full mentoring, so you will always feels supported and is offered Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will be working as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant or Receptionist with a high end company ready to make a move or come from 1 to 2 years property management experience, be exceptionally well presented and looking for a great team.
