Location: Perth, Western Australia (Fully remote, with local travel for inspections)
Salary: $90,000 to $95,000 + super

The Role
As Senior Property Manager, you'll be the local expert who makes it all happen. You'll take full ownership of the Perth portfolio, running the operational side of property management while our Sydney-based Relationship Managers handle all landlord communication.

That means you can focus on what you do best, managing properties, supporting tenants, and keeping everything running smoothly, backed by smart tech and a national team that has your back.

What You'll Do

Manage a portfolio of investment properties across Perth, handling all on-the-ground tasks such as leasing, inspections, maintenance, and arrears

Build positive relationships with tenants and contractors to ensure smooth operations

Keep Relationship Managers updated on key property matters so they can communicate with landlords

Maintain full compliance with WA tenancy legislation

Use our digital systems, including an owner portal, tenant app, and direct payment workflows, to simplify your day

Support our national rollout by helping shape best-practice operations

What You'll Bring

WA Property Manager Registration (DMIRS) is essential

At least 4 years of experience in property management, ideally investor-focused

Strong organisational and follow-through skills, comfortable working independently

Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative national model

Tech-confident, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Willingness to obtain additional state registrations, with costs covered by Rent Nest

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position
