Salary: $95,200 - $100,800 + Commissions + Paid Parking
Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

About the Role

Due to company growth, this agency is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of 160–180 local properties.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated team including administration, and department head assistance, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your landlords and tenants - without the burnout.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a clean, well-organised portfolio of local properties

Build and maintain strong client and tenant relationships

Oversee maintenance, leasing, and routine inspections with admin support

Ensure compliance and service excellence across all touchpoints
