The role will oversee the management of a very well looked after portfolio - the current incumbant has managed it for over 10 years. The portfolio has very low rent arrears as well as vacancy rates. An ideal role for those experienced property managers who enjoy a very well looked after portfolio, as well as excellent procedures and up to date technology.

The position will join a friendly property management team, and will suit those who enjoy training and mentoring younger staff. The position is assisted by 3 Junior Property Manager's, so the role will have a mentoring component to it as well. With learning and development forming a big part of the office culture, as well as the wider network, this company provides a great long term opportunity.

The role is offered Monday to Friday, with no Saturday's required.

The Property Management Department of 5 is headed up by a great Department Manager, always ready to assist and promote the team. This role will definitely provide a back up support to the Department Manager.

The ideal candidate will come from a minimum of 4 years property management experience, ensure professional presentation and ready for their next career move with a genuinely lovely office and team.
