The Position

• Take over a well-managed medium-sized portfolio with shared assistance, including leasing and administration
• Have full control and responsibility, including relationships with both tenants and owners
• No PCRs
• Routine inspections outsourced during busy periods

The Criteria

• You must have experience working in a shared or sole portfolio - minimum 1 year
• A team player attitude, accountability & sense of humor
• Valid Real estate registration and driver's license
• High attention to detail & organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
