Square Yards has over 150 customers in the Canberra market ,so you would be required to not only onboard them but also grow the book to 500 plus customers shortly .

This is a job posting for a Property Manager position at Square Yards Real Estate. The company is offering a contract with various benefits, including:

The Role:

Liaising with Landlords and Tenants to build your property management portfolio

You will have a Property Officer to conduct your Routine Inspections

Arrears management

Rent Reviews and lease renewals

Arranging repairs and maintenance

Completing outgoing inspections

Finalising bond claims/refunds online

NCAT application, file preparation, and attendance as needed

Landlord insurance claim preparation and submission

Various other property management duties

We are looking for someone who:

Has a minimum of 3-4 years Property Management experience

Experience in Property management softwares

Inspection Manager knowledge (desirable)

Excellent time management skills

Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant legislation

Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration

Drivers License

Professional in approach and presentation
