About the role

Realth Property Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to take the lead in our expanding Residential Leasing & Property Management team in Willetton, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee end-to-end property management operations and play a key role in shaping the success of current and/or our newly opened new branch office (Leederville). You’ll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our valued landlords and tenants while driving operational excellence across the portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

Overseeing all aspects of residential property management, from leasing and renewals to maintenance and tenant relations

Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the property management team

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and industry best practices

Conducting and reviewing property inspections, preparing detailed reports, and managing maintenance workflows

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Managing marketing and leasing activities, including advertising vacancies and conducting property viewings

Contributing to the strategic growth and operational efficiency

Delivering an exceptional level of customer service that reflects Realth Property Group’s reputation for excellence

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3-5 years experience in residential property management or real estate, with a strong understanding of WA legislation

Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently while supporting junior team members

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

Proficient in property management software PropertyMe, Tapi, Inspection Express, and Microsoft Office

Current Property Management Registration/License

A positive, professional attitude with a drive for continuous improvement
