The Role: Property Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our property management portfolio, responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring the seamless operation of your properties from lease-up to final inspection.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties.

Conducting property inspections (routine, ingoing, outgoing).

Managing tenant communications, arrears, maintenance requests, and lease renewals.

Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with property owners.

Coordinating with contractors and trades for maintenance and repairs.

Preparing and processing lease agreements and related documentation.

Ensuring full compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and all relevant legislation.

Utilizing our tech stack to its full potential for maximum efficiency.

What You Bring to the Team (The Essentials)

We're looking for more than just a resume; we're looking for the right fit.

Must-Haves:

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Property Management role within Australia.

A current Real Estate Registration certificate for your state.

A current, unrestricted Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.

Tech-Savvy Skills: High proficiency with property management software (experience with PropertyTree is highly regarded, but we will train the right person!).

Impeccable Attention to Detail: You spot the small things that make a big difference.

Outstanding Communication: You can build rapport with anyone, from a stressed tenant to a meticulous landlord.

A Positive & Proactive Attitude: You're a problem-solver, not a problem-spotter.
