I'm currently recruiting on behalf of an award winning, boutique property investment and management agency, who are looking for an experienced and self-driven Property Manager to join their tight-knit team.

With a strong presence across Perth since 2008, this business is known for its innovative approach to property wealth building combining buyer’s advocacy, sales, and exceptional property management services.

The Opportunity:

• Work from Home 4 Days a Week – After the initial onboarding period, you'll only need to be in the Perth CBD office once a fortnight.
• South of the River Portfolio. This role is ideally suited to someone based locally, close to the properties you'll manage.
• Well-Maintained, Manageable Portfolio – You'll take over a clean portfolio of 106 properties, with a supportive and experienced team around you.
• Inspections Covered. The business has a dedicated Inspection Manager handling incoming PCRs, and one day of routines per month is covered for each PM.
• Strong, Supportive Culture. With 10 Property Managers, monthly team catch-ups at the pub, and annual weekend retreats, this is a company that truly values its people.

Role Details:

• Full end-to-end property management of a South of the River portfolio
• Liaising with owners and tenants to deliver excellent customer service
• Coordination with assistant PMs, Inspection Manager and internal team
• 1 day in the CBD office per fortnight after onboarding
• Palace software experience ideal (or similar platforms)

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management
• WA Property Management Registration (current)
• Based South of the River
