The Position

• Managing a well managed South portfolio - managed by someone who has been in the business for 13 years
• No leasing
• No routines
• PCRs & FBIs are done in the system which saves a lot of time in the future
• VAs to assist with admin tasks and AI to assist with phone calls
• Software: Our Property

Skills & Experience

• Property Management Registration
• Previous property management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - a solutions person!
• Property Tree experience advantageous
