A rare opportunity for a Business Services & Taxation Manager to take the next step in their career with a well-established and highly respected firm. The Role:
Manage a portfolio of diverse clients across various industries, including SMEs, family businesses, and corporate groups.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and advisory work for a range of entity structures.
Mentor and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance and technical support.
Identify opportunities for strategic business advisory and tax planning.
Ensure compliance with ATO and legislative requirements while implementing tax-effective strategies.
Work closely with senior staff and Partners, contributing to the firm’s growth and innovation.
About You:
CA/CPA qualified.
Strong experience in business services, taxation, and advisory within a public practice setting.
Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver strategic solutions.
Experience in mentoring and leading a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Excel, and tax research tools.
