A key position exists within a well-established CA firm in Central Gold Coast for an experienced Business Services Manager OR Assistant Manager to lead and grow a team of accountants. They offer a wide variety of services in Accounting, Taxation, Wealth Advisory and Audit & Assurance.
In this role, you'll be working alongside a highly accomplished Partner and working on a portfolio of HWNI, family groups, SMSFs, and more. Some specific responsibilities include:
Taking ownership of clients and developing existing and new relationships
The preparation and review of income tax returns and financial reports
Provision of taxation based structuring advice
Evaluation of Div7A, implications of company accounts and preparation of loan repayments
Preparation of tax projections and year-end tax planning for clients
Manage and review work of junior accountants
Preparation of billing and managing budgets
Delegation of tasks, managing workflow and productivity
Ideal Requirements:
Currently working in a Manager OR Assistant Manager capacity in a public practice firm
CA/CPA qualified
First rate communication skills with a strong technical focus
The ability to manage a small team of junior accounting staff
