THE ROLE

As a Business Services Manager, you will play a critical role in leading client relationships & delivering high-quality advisory services. Your key responsibilities include:

Reviewing, not doing compliance work – The offshore team handles the heavy lifting.

Building & maintaining client relationships, providing meaningful & actionable advice.

Leading & mentoring a high-performing team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Driving business growth, identifying opportunities to enhance client success.

YOU

Has at least 5 years of business services experience.

Has strong advisory skills & a client-focused approach.
