A respected Brisbane accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager or Senior Manager to join their collaborative and growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a substantial client portfolio, lead a capable team, and provide high-level business and tax advice to privately owned and family-run businesses across Queensland.

Portfolios typically range from $500K–$1M+ in fees, offering a strong mix of compliance and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of SME, family, and high-net-worth clients.

Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT, and payroll tax.

Provide strategic advice on: Tax planning and structuring Business performance and cash flow management Growth, asset protection, and succession strategies

Support clients through capital gains tax, small business concessions, and business restructure

Lead and mentor accountants, fostering technical and professional growth.

Collaborate with Partners on firm initiatives and client strategies.

About You:

CA/CPA qualified

Minimum 6 years' experience in public practice - business services and tax advisory.

Managed or trained junior staff

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
