THE ROLE

Business Services Manager with Salaried Partner potential

Within this role, some of your duties will include:

Providing business advisory and accounting advice to a growing and active portfolio of business clients

Producing compliance documents, special purpose financial statements, and monthly management reports

Providing support to develop capability among team members, including delegating and reviewing their work

Ensuring that all aspects of team workflow are running smoothly

THE INDIVIDUAL

✅ Business development focused with Partner aspirations

✅ Excellent communication skills 🗨️

✅ Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

You will also have:

Several years’ experience in Business Services

Completed your CA or CPA qualification

Exceptional management skills

Xero & BGL experience highly regarded
