About the Role

You’ll manage a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services. This position suits a confident communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing small business groups.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing client relationships — advising confidently over the phone and face-to-face

Overseeing accounting and tax work for small groups (companies, trusts, partnerships)

Delegating or reviewing work prepared by an offshore accounting team (3 accountants in the Philippines)

Preparing or reviewing CGT, FBT, small business concessions, tax planning and special purpose financials

Experience or knowledge in SMSFs highly regarded

About You

CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)

Solid experience in Business Services and Tax

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Ability to review and manage workflow efficiently
