Marketing Manager (Part-Time, Flexible)
Derm Haus Brisbane
Posted 1 day ago
Help shape the next chapter of Derm Haus Brisbane, a growing medical aesthetics and skin clinic in Brisbane.
We’re a family-run medical aesthetics and skin clinic known for evidence-based treatments, personalised care, and a team culture built on learning and integrity. As we expand, we’re now seeking a part-time Marketing Manager (three days per week) to elevate our brand and support our next phase of growth.
Derm Haus offers advanced, medical aesthetic treatments and paramedical skin therapies delivered by a team of Registered Nurses, Dermal Therapists and Doctors, across two Brisbane locations.
This is a senior role for a creative marketer who can think strategically and execute autonomously. You’ll report to the Business Manager, collaborate with our ads agency and in-house social media manager, and play a pivotal role in driving visibility, engagement and growth across all channels.
This role offers genuine flexibility - work three days per week (flexible start and finish times), with mostly remote hours and some in-clinic hours that can adapt to your schedule.
What you’ll do
Own the marketing function:
Develop and implement Derm Haus’s marketing strategy across digital, web, email, and in-clinic channels. You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, from concept and content creation to scheduling and performance review.
Create and execute:
Design on-brand assets in Canva or Adobe, write compelling copy for emails, flyers, and landing pages, and manage marketing automation and customer journeys that enhance the client experience.
Analyse and optimise:
Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics and refine tactics to maximise ROI. You’ll set measurable KPIs such as lead generation, conversion and revenue growth and track progress against them.
Collaborate and communicate:
Work closely with our ads agency and social media manager to ensure brand consistency across all platforms, while leading broader marketing strategy and integration.
Innovate and future-proof:
Stay curious about emerging tools, platforms, and AI technologies that can enhance efficiency, insight, and creativity.
About you
Experience and skills:
Proven marketing experience: at leat 4-5 years in marketing - bonus if it's within the health, beauty or wellness space.
Strategic and hands on: you can develop a marketing strategy, execute the work yourself and measure results. You’re proficient in digital marketing channels (email, website, SEO), understand campaign funnels, content planning and PR opportunities that build brand awareness.
Creative design and copywriting: you’re comfortable designing in Canva or Adobe, writing engaging copy and following brand guidelines.
Data driven and tech savvy: experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), marketing automation, CRM systems and AI powered tools. You’re excited by how AI will change consumer behaviour and marketing workflows.
Project management: you can juggle multiple campaigns, prioritise tasks and deliver on deadlines without constant direction.
Mindset and approach:
You’re proactive and take ownership, you see problems and solve them without waiting to be asked.
You’re curious and adaptable, always refining your skills and exploring smarter ways to work.
You’re collaborative, you enjoy working with diverse teams and listen to clinical experts to understand our clients and services.
You hold yourself to high standards and care deeply about brand integrity and detail.
Our values
Client focus: our clients’ wellbeing and results are at the forefront of everything we do; we treat each client with dignity and respect.
Empowerment: we create a supportive space where everyone belongs and feels empowered to contribute.
Integrity: we’re consistently honest, ethical and fair; people trust us for advice and support.
Quality: we deliver the highest quality products and services and commit to ongoing professional development.
These values guide how we treat our clients and each other. We look for people who reflect these principles in the way they work, communicate, and lead.
What we offer
Competitive salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year (depending on experience), for a flexible part-time schedule (3 days per week).
Performance-based bonus: Incentives tied to achieving revenue growth KPIs.
Hybrid work: Flexible roster combining remote and in-clinic hours, with some face-to-face time each week.
Perks: Generous staff discounts on treatments and skincare, flexible hours, annual training budget, and clear pathways for growth.
Supportive environment: You’ll have autonomy to make decisions, with access to guidance and collaboration when needed.
How to apply
Apply via Seek with your resume and a cover letter outlining why you’re excited to join Derm Haus and how your skills align with this role. Bonus: include links or examples of marketing projects you’ve worked on that showcase your strategy, copywriting or campaign execution.
Applications close 25 November, with interviews to be held between 26 November and 5 December. Early applications are encouraged, as we’ll begin reviewing candidates as they come in.
