Social Media Manager (Part-Time – Remote, Australian Company)
3 Days per Week | Digital Growth Agency | Remote-First Team

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (Part-Time) who blends creativity with strategy — someone who can manage and grow client accounts while translating insight into measurable impact.
You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of brands, each with its own story and style. This role is ideal for someone who loves balancing creative content with clear performance outcomes — and thrives in a flexible, supportive, remote-first environment.
What You’ll Do
Data & Insight: Use analytics to understand audience behaviour and guide smarter content decisions.
Strategy: Build social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and conversions across platforms.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise organic and paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like reach, engagement, and conversions to assess and improve results.
Reporting: Deliver clean, visual reports that showcase performance insights and recommendations.
Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of algorithms, emerging tools, and creative formats.
Collaboration: Partner with designers, copywriters, and digital strategists to align campaigns with client goals.
What You’ll Bring
Communication Excellence: Strong writing, editing, and verbal presentation skills.
Creative Strength: Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; video editing experience is a plus. (Capcut etc)
Analytical Mindset: Confident using data to optimise performance; understanding of SEO/SEM is an advantage.
Organisation: Skilled at managing multiple accounts and deadlines across a three-day workweek.
Adaptability: Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools or trends.
Relationship Building: Exceptional client care and collaboration skills — you communicate with empathy and clarity.
Experience & Background
3+ years managing social media for brands or agencies.
Proven success running paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Experience working with Australian or international clients preferred.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not essential).
