At Leap in!, we believe the best people to support our customers are those who truly understand. That’s why we’re seeking compassionate individuals to join our award-winning team.
We understand that life requires flexibility. We proudly offer full-time and part-time roles (minimum 15 hours per week), school-hour friendly schedules, and a supportive pathway for those returning to the workforce. Your life experience is your greatest asset here.
About Leap in!
We run an innovative service model that simplifies the NDIS for our customers. Through information, strategies, connections and unique customer benefits, we enable people with disabilities to live their best life. Our customer-centric approach has earned us a reputation as a trusted leader in the NDIS space, winning Most Outstanding Plan Manager of the Year for the last two years running.
About this Rewarding Role
As a Plan Manager, you will be a compassionate guide for our customers, helping them navigate their NDIS journey with confidence. In this role, you will:
Be a friendly, knowledgeable voice over the phone, helping customers understand their NDIS funding and supports.
Build trusting and meaningful relationships, empowering customers to achieve their plan goals.
Act as an advocate, liaising with support providers and the NDIA to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
Help us find better ways to support our community by sharing your insights and ideas.
A Day in Your Life might include:
Assisting customers over the phone to understand how they can use their funding to achieve their goals.
Resolving queries from customers and support providers with care and professionalism.
Processing invoices and ensuring customer information is kept up-to-date.
Welcoming new customers and guiding them through their onboarding process, setting them up for success from day one.
What You’ll Bring to a role where your life experience is truly valued.
We are looking for people who bring warmth, understanding, and a genuine desire to help. Formal qualifications are less important than your personal qualities.
Deep empathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Exceptional communication skills – you’re a great listener and can explain things clearly and simply.
Strong organisational skills – you know how to juggle multiple priorities and have a keen eye for detail.
Lived experience within the disability community is highly valued.
A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for making a real difference.
While NDIS knowledge is a bonus, a willingness to learn is essential. We provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
