We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable entry-level Receptionist/Administrative Assistants to join our friendly team at Proactive Physiotherapy.

About the Roles:

Front desk reception duties – greeting clients, answering phones, and managing bookings

General administration tasks – emails, filing, and data entry

Supporting our physiotherapy team to deliver exceptional service to our clients

What We're Looking For:

Friendly and professional manner with strong communication skills

Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Must have basic typing and email skills to support daily administrative tasks

Reliable, organised, and a great team player

Must be available between 8:15am and 5:45pm for a rotating roster

Must be available to work Monday to Friday only

Immediate start available for the right applicant

No previous experience required – full training will be provided

Must be an Australian citizen
