We’re a proud, long-standing family-run hospitality group with deep roots in Brisbane’s iconic Fortitude Valley Entertainment Precinct. Our portfolio includes three of the city’s most prominent late-night venues, each with its own distinct personality and loyal following. We’re passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, and now we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Events Manager to help us take things to the next level.

The Role

As a marketing all-rounder you’ll be the creative force behind our brand presence, the architect of our event calendar and promotions director. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brands to life through engaging digital content, managing our online presence and coordinating exciting events and activations that keep our venues buzzing on a weekly basis.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll own the entire event lifecycle—from initial concept and planning, through promotion and execution. You’ll have full creative control and autonomy, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on independence, initiative, and seeing their ideas come to life.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels

Plan, promote, and manage events/promotions that drive foot traffic and brand engagement

Lead the creative process, from briefing and asset development to campaign execution, including media releases, EDMs and digital content

Create compelling content and marketing assets and manage social media presence

Update and manage digital assets in venues

Keep frontline staff informed on promotions and events

Prepare, coordinate and set-up for event days and daily activations

Build relationships with promoters, artists, local businesses and media reps

Proficiency in Canva, Wordpress, Fusion Signage, Klayvio (or similar programs)

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in marketing and event management, ideally in hospitality

Proven experience in social media management and marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of Brisbane’s entertainment scene and audience demographics

Strong graphic design skills

Exceptional communication, organisation, and leadership skills

Self-motivated and able manage multiple projects for multiple venues simultaneously

Creative flair with a results-driven mindset

· Have full rights to work in Australia

· Available to work weekends and nights for activations and scheduled events

Video editing skills is not essential but advantageous
