We're seeking a talented, hands-on professional to manage marketing, guest experience, and booking coordination for this renowned destination property. This position will be based at our Brisbane office and may require occasional visits to the property as required.

Located in Bangalow and just minutes from Byron Bay, Hinterland House is a luxury accommodation and events venue celebrated for its heritage charm and exceptional guest experience — featured on Married at First Sight. The estate hosts group accomodation, small events, retreats, and milestone gatherings for high-end clientele, and will soon undergo the construction of a wellness centre to add to its offer.
About the Role
This is a part-time position (approx. 10–15 hours per week). You'll oversee digital marketing, public relations, manage guest enquiries and conversions, support the on-site team, and build strong relationships with new and existing partners to enhance the property's visibility and success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Meta, Google Business) — including content creation, posting, and engagement.
Demonstrate proven experience managing all three platforms: Instagram, Meta, and Google Business.
Lead the completion of a new website build and ensure seamless OTA integrations (Airbnb, Stayz, Guesty and direct booking platforms).
Respond to and convert guest and event enquiries, ensuring a premium experience.
Oversee the guest journey from enquiry to post-stay follow-up.
Coordinate housekeeping, grounds, guest walk throughs, and maintenance teams to ensure five-star presentation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including accomodation agents, event planners, photographers, and tourism operators.
Implement marketing campaigns and weekly reporting on booking and engagement performance.
About You
Experience in digital marketing, hospitality, or luxury accommodation.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality, or luxury accommodation.
Skilled in social media management and website project coordination.
Demonstrated experience having led small website projects with successful coordination and delivery.
Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Australian work rights required for this position.
