• Lead the front-end development of key client relationships across the blue- and white-collar construction and mining markets

• Take ownership of the full business development cycle, from marketing and lead generation to networking and client strategy

• Experienced as a Business Development Manager, comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

• Energetic, ambitious, and hungry for success
• Commercially savvy with a drive to win new business and deliver results
