About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of the business — driving growth by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, closing deals, and shaping client solutions that leverage cutting-edge AI technology. You’ll work closely with technical and delivery teams to translate client needs into tailored solutions that deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively qualify new business leads and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
• Develop and close high-value deals across enterprise and mid-market clients
• Collaborate with technical consultants to design and present tailored AI and technology solutions
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and use this insight to drive new business conversations
• Work with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and growth plans

About You

• Proven success in business development, account management or solution sales — ideally in technology or consulting
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate the business value of technical solutions
• Confident in client-facing discussions and closing complex deals
• Interest or experience in AI, data, or digital transformation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and accountability
