What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on expanding the company's private lending services and building strong business networks.

Minimum 3-5 years of business development or sales experience is required for this position.

Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or authorisation to work in Australia.

Financial services qualifications or licensing must be held at the time of application.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development & Relationship Management: Proactively develop and maintain relationships with brokers, partner institutions, and clients to continuously grow quality business sources.

Product Promotion: Promote the company's lending products to investors, increasing market reach and competitiveness.

Business Growth & Target Achievement: Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities to meet lending volume targets and support the steady expansion of the company's financial division.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in the financial or lending industry, with solid knowledge of private credit;

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships;

Existing broker or investor networks are highly regarded.
