As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Accounts and administration officer to join our Brisbane branch. This position is a part time role. The working hours will be flexible. The main duties involve sorting and distributing invoices for approval, entering and coding of creditor accounts into Transport management software, reconciliation and reviewing of monthly statements and other associated administrative tasks.

Ideally, the successful applicant will have:

Proficiency with Accountmate and MYOB

Prior experience in the transport industry

Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Advance knowledge of MS office programs

Accounts payable and receivable management, including invoice processing, daily/weekly & monthly payments, and debtor follow-up.

Credit card and bank reconciliations

Excellent customer service skills and polite phone manner
