About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while supporting a team that values collaboration and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Liaising with the external accountant and suppliers

Maintaining accurate records and general administration support

About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys autonomy and has strong bookkeeping and accounting skills. You take pride in your accuracy, can manage multiple priorities, and bring a proactive approach to your work.

You’ll need:

Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts role

Confidence using Xero (or similar accounting software)

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Strong communication and organisational skills

A positive, team-focused attitude
