Accounts Officer – Ormeau QLD 4208
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team in Ormeau. You'll manage financial transactions, maintain records, payroll and reporting, as well as support compliance across our construction department.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records
Process payroll and reporting
Liaise with vendors, banks, and internal teams
Requirements:
Certificate IV Accounting qualification essential
Minimum 4+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience required
Advanced level Xero experience required
Experience in Microsoft Office preferred but can be taught
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must
Ability to work independently and in a team
Construction industry experience preferred but not essential
