We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef in leading day-to-day operations, maintaining quality and consistency, and bringing fresh ideas to our ever-evolving menu.
This is the perfect opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in managing and motivating the kitchen team
Contribute to menu development with a focus on Asian flavours and modern techniques
Maintain high standards of presentation, quality, and flavour in every dish
Oversee prep, service, and daily kitchen operations
Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control
Uphold food safety and hygiene compliance at all times
About You
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant
Strong background or passion for Asian or Asian-fusion cuisine
A creative and detail-oriented approach to cooking
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to thrive in a busy, team-driven environment
