We are looking for an experienced and highly dedicated leader to join our team as Hotel Service Manager during this exciting period of growth and operational refinement.

The Role Overview

The Hotel Service Manager is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the hotel and maintaining the highest quality of guest service. You will oversee multiple service departments, including Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Front Office operations, ensuring every guest experiences a high standard of professional service from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Standards & Quality Control: Develop and monitor hotel service standards (both Front Office and Housekeeping) to ensure consistency and adherence to high brand standards.

2. Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate service team members (including receptionists, concierge, and housekeeping staff) to foster a positive and highly productive work environment.

3. Guest Relations Management: Promptly and efficiently handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring satisfactory resolution and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

4. Operational Efficiency: Optimise daily operational procedures, improve service efficiency, and assist in developing and managing the service department's budget.

5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all service operations comply with hotel safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

· Proven, results-oriented experience as a Hotel Service Manager from an international reputable hotel brand (e.g., Wyndham, Radisson, or similar).

· A minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hotel, hospitality, or service industry (e.g., Front Office Manager, Operations Supervisor, or similar).

· Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, other departments, and international guests.

· Demonstrated success in elevating the holistic guest journey through proactive cross-functional communication and collaboration with all hotel departments.

· Fluency in both Mandarin/Cantonese and English (verbal and written) is highly desirable to better serve our diverse international clientele.

· Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation software is a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional and composed demeanour under pressure.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of accountability.
