About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pub/Hotel Co-Manager to lead our Port Campbell Hotel team in Victoria. As the Pub/Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial management, and strategic direction of our renowned hospitality establishment. This is a full-time role based in the beautiful coastal town of Port Campbell, VIC 3269.

What you'll be doing

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including bar, restaurant, accommodation, and customer service

Manage a team of hospitality professionals, providing leadership, training, and development

Ensure exceptional customer experience and build strong relationships with guests

Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue

Manage the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance the hotel's operations

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (3+ years) in a similar pub/hotel management role

Proven track record of driving financial performance and profitability

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Thorough understanding of hospitality operations, including liquor licensing, food safety, and regulatory requirements

Experience in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field would be an advantage
