About the position:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Team Leader who can handle real-time inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, all while achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Impress customers with top-tier product knowledge and services. Every call, chat, and email is a chance to shine!
 - Take tough issues head-on, and direct them to the best solutions possible.
 - Work closely with manufacturers and internal teams, fostering strong partnerships across the board.
 - Benefit from daily training to fine-tune product knowledge and streamline processes.
 - Manage a small team of hard-working Customer Support Consultants to provide support to our 16 showrooms nation-wide.
 
Qualifications:
- Must be available full-time 5 days a week (incl. weekends), from 8:30am - 5:00pm, and have the ability to work on-site in our brand-new Redfern/Waterloo office.
 - Must have permanent, unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
 - Whether from retail, sales, or customer service, you know how to connect with people!
 - Knowledge of electronics/whitegoods is a plus, but not a deal-breaker if you’re a quick study.
 - You’re comfortable juggling calls, chats, and emails with top-notch written and verbal skills.
